Computer Technician

Location: Naples, FL (In-Shop + On-Site)  |  Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a skilled Computer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain computers and related hardware for residential and business clients. You’ll work hands-on in our shop at 2308 Immokalee Rd, with occasional on-site visits to client locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers (Windows & Mac)
• Remove viruses, spyware, and malware; set up security software
• Perform data recovery and data transfer
• Set up and troubleshoot home and small-business networks
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair status and costs
• Assist with custom PC builds and upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of hands-on computer repair experience
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting skills
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, WiFi, routers/switches)
• Honest, customer-friendly communication style
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs

IT Support Specialist (MSP)

Location: Naples, FL (On-Site + Remote)  |  Type: Full-Time

Support our managed services clients — small businesses across the Naples area that depend on us to keep their networks, computers, and systems running smoothly. This is a great role if you enjoy variety and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote and on-site IT support for small business clients
• Monitor and maintain client networks, servers, and workstations
• Set up new computers, printers, and network equipment
• Manage backups, security, and software updates
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of IT support or MSP experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365
• Clean driving record (on-site visits required)
• Professional, patient, and reliable
