Welcome to Naples Computers! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing from us, requesting repairs, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Naples Computers (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides computer sales, repair, and related services.
These Terms apply to all transactions made in-store, online, or over the phone.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in-store and/or on our website.
Sales Finality: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Return Policy: Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Exclusions: Custom-built computers, software, and special-order items are non-returnable.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, we will work with the manufacturer’s warranty process or provide an exchange if eligible.
Manufacturer Warranty: Many products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Naples Computers Warranty: Repairs performed by us come with a 7-day workmanship warranty.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, viruses, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Diagnosis: We may charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee, which will be applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
Data Responsibility: We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Customers are encouraged to back up data before service.
Abandoned Devices: Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
Payment is due at the time of purchase or service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods as posted in-store.
Past-due balances may incur late fees or collection actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naples Computers shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Collier County, FL].
