Your domain’s MX records tell the rest of the internet where to deliver your email. Plenty of migrations go wrong because the MX records get switched first and everything else gets built afterward, while mail is already landing in empty mailboxes.
We do it the other way around. We build the new Microsoft 365 tenant and every mailbox completely, then copy your mail, calendars and contacts across in advance while you keep working in your current system. The MX records stay exactly where they are until everything is built and synced. Only then do we switch the MX records to Microsoft 365 and run a final sync to pick up any messages that arrived at the old system during the change.
The result: no gap in mail delivery, and nobody has to stop working while the bulk of the data moves.
