The technical move is only half the job. People who have used Gmail for years need a little help finding things in Outlook. During training we cover where labels went (they’re folders now), how to search, how shared calendars work in Outlook, how to find files in OneDrive and SharePoint, and how to sign in securely with multi-factor authentication.

Your Google Docs, Sheets and Slides come across as Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, so they open in Office. We check complex spreadsheets first, because some Google Sheets formulas and embedded links don’t convert perfectly.
No. Your MX records stay pointed at Google until Microsoft 365 is built and synced. After the switch, a final sync catches anything that arrived in Gmail during the change.
No. You keep your domain and email addresses. If you’re on a free @gmail.com address, we can talk about moving to your own domain.
After the migration is complete and you’ve confirmed that everything, including Google Drive, has arrived. We’ll let you know when it’s safe.
