Try These First

Outlook issues fall into a few buckets — profile corruption, OST/PST file issues, add-in conflicts, or sync problems. Walk through these in order.

  • Restart Outlook completely (close and reopen)
  • Open Outlook in Safe Mode (hold Ctrl when opening)
  • Disable add-ins one at a time to find culprit
